Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled after placement, as well as how related refunds are handled.


1. Cancellation Conditions

Once an order is placed, its cancellation eligibility depends on the time elapsed and its processing status.

Orders that have not yet been shipped and are still within 48 hours of placement may be submitted for cancellation.
If more than 48 hours have passed, or if the order has already entered the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, the order may still be addressed after delivery by submitting a return request in accordance with the Return Exchange Policy.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

When reaching out, providing the order number and payment reference helps us locate the order more efficiently.

Once received, the request will be reviewed based on the order’s current status. The outcome of the review will be communicated using the contact details supplied at checkout.


3. Refund Handling After Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved, the related payment may enter the refund process.
Refunds are returned to the original payment card used for the purchase, such as Visa or MasterCard.

The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the processing cycles of the card-issuing institution and typically falls within 3-10 business days.

4. Limitations and Notes

Cancellation requests are assessed individually and are subject to the order’s fulfillment progress.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or inaccurate contact or order information provided by the customer.
